We are inviting applications for ambitious young professionals and graduates to join our Service Delivery team remotely from South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document customer business needs.
- Translate requirements into CRM.COM configurations.
- Configure products, pricing, billing setup and customer journeys.
- Support system setup, integrations and data migration.
- Prepare functional documentation, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Participate in testing and help resolve issues.
- Collaborate with project teams and customer stakeholders.
- Deliver work on time and to a high standard.
- Support customers during onboarding and post‑go‑live to ensure success.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Recent graduate (experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Interest in SaaS platforms, subscription models, fintech, digital billing or telecom.
- Excellent communication and professional writing skills in English.
- Organised, accountable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
